Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact with customers, delivering superior customer service and educating customers on company products and services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
• Ability to engage with customers, strong verbal communication, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required, English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
