Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
- Ability to engage with customers, offer products and services based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English fluency is required, English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
