Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS and are accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our company products and services, and maintaining company quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Able to work flexible hours
- English fluency is required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
