Overnight Customer Service Representative

Provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on products and services, and maintain company quality standards. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
• Strong verbal communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
