We are seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on our products and services, and maintain company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
