Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the shift supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of all team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
