Commissioning Specialist responsible for commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Plug Power products, including hydrogen storage infrastructure, electrolyzers, and stationary equipment at customer sites. Heavy travel required, up to 100%. Ideal candidate should have excellent mechanical aptitude, familiarity with industrial hydrogen systems, and ability to communicate effectively among cross-functional departments.
Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of experience in construction, repair, or maintenance in an electrical, industrial, or mechanical field
- Associates degree or vocational degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems or other applicable field of study
- Ability to travel as needed to carry out duties of the position - up to 100%
- Industrial gas or high-pressure systems experience highly preferred
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of skill with mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to diagnose system failures and isolate root cause
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for reporting and email correspondence
