Job Description
The Field Service Technician will support fuel cell products, performing maintenance and resolving breakdowns. This role requires technical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and safety.
Requirements
- Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites
- Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations
- Providing on-call and emergency support service to customers
- Purchasing tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support
- Maintaining ongoing communication with customer personnel
- Completing administrative duties & documentation
- Exhibiting and enforcing safety procedures
- Travel as required for business needs
