The Sr. Service Manager, Operations role has global responsibility for managing all service depot, manufacturing, and warehousing operations within Plug’s Dayton, OH and Alphen, NL facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or relevant field of study.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing function;
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems;
- Six Sigma Green Belt experience and training is highly preferred.
- Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly adept leadership qualities to establish pillars of team performance excellence and build team morale.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Must possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to work quality.
- Excellent follow-through
- Must be driven and self-motivated.
