Senior Content Marketing Specialist

PlugShare is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to help build and scale our marketing program and oversee several growthoriented workflows. This is a handson, highownership role for someone excited to experiment, and improve PlugShare’s representation across multiple consumer and community touchpoints.

Requirements

• Build and evolve PlugShare’s content marketing program
• Experiment to identify the right content mix, formats, and channels to drive awareness, engagement, and trust
• Personally create high impact content while also editing and guiding work produced by freelancers and agencies
• Manage external partners
• Plan and distribute content across existing channels
• Support and improve growth adjacent workflows that shape customer perception and engagement
• Develop content and programs that serve both EV drivers and business partners across the EV community
• Partner cross functionally communicate insights and customer needs
• Maintain content calendars and ensure a consistent PlugShare voice across channels
• Track performance at a practical level and use learnings to iterate and improve
