Payments Analyst

We’re Plum, a smart saving and investing app on a mission to help grow money for life. We're looking for a Payments Analyst to support our payment operations and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• Experience in payment operations management within Fintech, banking, or financial services
• Familiarity with investment products (ISA, GIA, stocks, mutual funds)
• Hands-on experience with payment systems (SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, card acquiring)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
