Senior Backend Engineer

We’re Plum, a smart saving and investing app, and we're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a senior engineer, you will design and develop modular, scalable, and testable systems using software engineering best practices. You will work with our team to build new and novel products, and be responsible for identifying root cause of system issues and determining short and long term resolutions.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer
• High level of pragmatism
• Strong planning and prioritization skills
• Ability to provide guidance to and mentor more junior team members
• Experience in working within a cross functional team, collaborative environment
