Job Description
As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will lead and perform advanced HVAC diagnostics, service, and installation on residential and light commercial systems, and serve as the on-site technical expert, supporting and guiding technicians and apprentices.
Requirements
- Active HVAC license
- 5+ years of HVAC experience with proven leadership or lead technician experience
- NATE certification (or willingness to obtain)
