Job Description
Diagnose, lead, and oversee the repair and installation of heating and cooling systems as a Lead HVAC Technician at Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI).
Requirements
- Active HVAC license with strong knowledge of local codes and best practices
- 5+ years of HVAC experience with proven leadership or lead technician experience
- Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- NATE certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
