Product Manager - User Engagement and Lifecycle PM

Product Manager works to roadmap and deliver core functionality that helps customers improve learning and business outcomes. Responsible for identifying and building frictionless points of engagement with users. Key responsibilities include onboarding, learner profile, achievements, communications infrastructure, admin & leader engagement tools, account settings, and analytics partnership.

Requirements

• Experience owning lifecycle or engagement products at a SaaS company
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or notification platforms
• Ability to partner with analytics and data teams
• Experience designing or iterating on onboarding flows, progress tracking, or achievement systems
• Comfort operating across both end-user and admin/B2B buyer personas
