PLUS Communications is seeking an IT & Business Operations Specialist to manage and optimize essential IT infrastructure and operations, overseeing technical support, systems administration, and business operations initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of help desk experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools)
- Experience with service ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar)
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude
- High level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various vendors and contacts outside of the firm
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent requests and projects
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Work independently on IT projects with minimal supervision while remaining adaptable to environmental changes and communicating technical updates effectively across all organizational levels
