Deputy General Counsel, Real Estate - Battery Storage role at Plus Power, an energy storage market leader, to support the Legal team and lead commercial real estate legal matters.
Requirements
- Represent Plus Power's Real Estate Team
- Draft and negotiate real property agreements
- Support title and survey issues
- Support site acquisition closings
- Provide legal representation for real estate matters in project financings and tax equity investments
- Lead and mentor the Counsel, Real Estate
- Select, engage and oversee local counsel and other external counsel
