Job Description
Plus Power is an energy storage market leader seeking a detail-oriented NERC/Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance program for generation assets, including Inverter-Based Resources (IBR), and help ensure adherence to applicable NERC Reliability Standards, regional requirements, and other relevant compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in NERC/regulatory compliance, electric utility operations, generation compliance, market compliance, or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
