Line Lead - Night Shift

Line Lead - Night Shift at PLZ Corp. Responsible for carrying out production based on daily schedule, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and effectively monitoring production equipment. Reports to Production Manager.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of Line Lead experience
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English; verbal and written form.
• Must possess organizational and leadership skills
• Must be team oriented and self-directed
• Must be effective as an employee motivator
• Must be familiar with machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to lift a maximum up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be committed to quality, safety and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
• Must poses strong production line analysis
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends
