Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Coordinator International Participant Management to strengthen our International Participant Management (Event Management) department in Schengen, Luxembourg. You will be responsible for administrative preparation, support, and follow-up of national and international events, as well as managing and maintaining participant lists.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training in Office Management, Travel, Hospitality, or Tourism or prior experience in these fields
- Creative, open-minded, and confident when dealing with people
- Able to remain calm under pressure; proactive and solution-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident user of MS Office
- A service-oriented, independent, structured, and conscientious working style
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Valid driver's license
