Requirements

• Provide expert assessment and treatment of acute injuries and illnesses for pediatric patients
• Perform common urgent care procedures
• Obtain and provide preliminary interpretation of radiographs
• Oversee daily operations and patient flow
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations
• Update knowledge and skills through internal training program and continuing education opportunities
• Actively contribute to service recovery efforts
• Focus on efficiency metrics to improve urgent care flow, antibiotic stewardship, and patient experience
