Pediatric Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric experience to join their team. They are committed to bringing world-class evidence-based pediatric medicine and an exceptional patient experience to the practice of urgent care medicine.

Requirements

• Pediatric experience is required
• Active ANCC Board Certification
• Active RN and NP state license for each state where treating patients
• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing required
• Comfortable with minor surgical procedures, including suturing
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire
• Skill in rapid assessment of the critical presentation of the pediatric population
• Ability to use sound reasoning and judgment and act calmly in emergencies
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and nonverbally
• Excellent computer skills and experience with EMR (eCW experience preferred)
• Ability to critically think, multitask, and work as a part of a multidisciplinary team
