Job Description
The Project Controls Specialist - Cost Analyst will monitor project budget and forecast, provide quality assurance to college functional staff, analyze cost variance, manage contract changes, and ensure compliance with financial policies. This role involves data review, communication, and providing interface support. They will maintain project financial and regulatory oversight with multiple funding sources.
Requirements

- Review financial section of the Board Actions
- Review invoices
- Review task order requests and change orders
