Job Description
Plastic Molding Manufacturing (PMM) is seeking a Material Handler for their Berlin, CT facility to support daily production operations. The role involves accurate and efficient material movement throughout the facility, ensuring product quality and minimizing downtime. This is a 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday position suitable for long-term growth and impact.
Requirements
- Reviewing production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders.
- Using bill of materials (BOMs) to determine material mix ratios.
- Using a forklift to transfer materials.
- Receiving, weighing, documenting, labeling, distributing, and storing materials.
- Updating inventory levels in the IQMS (ERP) system.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
