Job Description
Join our team as Vice President of Community Management (HOA) and lead a team of Community and Associate Community Managers. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to drive division revenue growth and oversee forecasting, budgeting, and team performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in a senior-level (regional or higher) management role
- Solid HOA leadership experience required
- CMCA or AMS designations desired
