Job Description
Join the company as a Quality Technician in the Service & Quality Assurance department near Munich for 2 years. You will be responsible for tracking customer complaints, creating reports and evaluations, performing statistical evaluations using Power BI, monitoring quality, supporting quality problems, potentially conducting investigations at customer sites, and planning/implementing quality projects.
Requirements
- State-certified technician or Automotive Technician with several years of professional experience
- Corresponding academic education
- Professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry (nice-to-have)
- Ability to quickly derive activities based on data analysis using PowerBI & Excel
- Enjoyment and confidence in teamwork
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Pronounced analytical and interdisciplinary way of thinking
- Fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Class B driver's license
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
