Business Analyst Senior - C&IB Business Technology Originations

Business Analyst Senior to support the CapitalStream commercial loan underwriting platform. Partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to manage defects and enhancements, translate business needs into Agile user stories, and ensure effective delivery of system improvements that support commercial lending operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within technology or financial services environments
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into Agile user stories
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of work items from intake through delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross functionally with business partners, developers, and QA teams
