As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior, you will provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools, and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data-driven solutions. You will leverage complex analytical tools, consult with clients on tool and strategy implementation, and determine the optimal analytic approach.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python, Spark (PySpark), and large-scale data engineering within Hadoop and cloud environments.
- SQL skills, including optimization, complex windowing, and multi-source data validation.
- Experience designing and delivering dashboards and analytical narratives using Tableau, Power BI, or Elastic Stack.
- Exposure architecting, deploying, and supporting cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Experience implementing and governing business rules engines such as FICO Decision Modeler and Experian PowerCurve in regulated environments.
- Ability to design, govern, and maintain enterprise-scale system integrations across APIs, messaging, and batch pipelines.
- Fluent understanding of API lifecycle management, including design standards, testing, versioning, and maintenance.
- Fluent understanding of Agile frameworks, influencing delivery practices and technical standards.
- Data governance, validation frameworks, logging, and documentation standards.
- Experience validating production changes through real-time and batch monitoring tools.
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable business outcomes.
- Commitment to maintaining technical standards individually and across teams.
- Strong awareness of risk, compliance, data ethics, and bias in financial or regulated domains.
