The Business Experience & Planning Advisor role is responsible for assessing, prioritizing and implementing Enterprise Architecture process improvement opportunities, with impacts across the Technology organization. This role requires planning, analysis, problem-solving, communications and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Process Analysis
- Lean Six Sigma or other process-improvement framework(s)
- Deep experience creating process flows from documents or meeting content
- Software development concepts, specifically Agile and automation
- Ability to identify and assess process weaknesses
- Tools
- Power Automate
- Visio
- Dashboard tools including Tableau and Power BI
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Communication & Influence
- Ability to translate stated needs into customer-friendly process changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with presenting process change details to multiple levels of managers
- Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority
