Lead Teller

The Lead Teller position at PNC's Retail Branch organization in Bellefontaine, OH is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading tellers to deliver a unique customer experience, improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. The role requires processing customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives, and identifying banking opportunities. The Lead Teller will also assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
