The Merchant Services Compliance Program Specialist will implement compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices and support key business initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to identify compliance risks. The role involves assessing activity for existing and emerging risks, researching current laws, rules, and regulatory requirements, and drafting or assessing Compliance Manuals, Front Office materials, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Visa and Mastercard rule compliance activities
- Foundational knowledge of PCI DSS and payments compliance concepts
- Comfort communicating with merchants and internal partners
- Exposure to case or complaint handling
- Experience performing recurring compliance or risk controls
- Basic awareness of payment-related regulations and laws
