Product Owner I

As a Product Owner I within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will lead the discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across Retail Lending portfolio. You will collaborate with Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand the vision, roadmap, features and releases for customer journeys, and be responsible for defining, refining, accepting, and prioritizing stories according to business value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and complexity.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand the vision, roadmap, features and releases for customer journeys
• Define, refine, accept, and prioritize stories according to business value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and complexity
• Partner with Senior Product owner to own and maintain one scrum team's backlog to streamline execution
• Manage activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements and validate metrics as appropriate for methodology and Enterprise controls
• Have good business sense and technical foundation to establish priorities and appropriate tradeoffs for system functionality and performance
• Work with the team with a MVP philosophy to deliver frequent, reliable, desirable and scalable software solutions
