As a Production Analyst Sr. - LIHTC at PNC, you will perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations, analyze financial statements, and develop narrative for submission to Credit and agencies. You will also draft, review, and analyze complex term sheets and applications for potential transactions. The ideal candidate will have a university/college degree, 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience, and desired certifications.

- Conducting in-depth analysis and structuring process for complex individual properties or a portfolio
- Developing narrative for submission to Credit and agencies with qualitative and quantitative analysis at a more senior level
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing complex term sheets and applications for potential transactions
