Quality Assurance Mgr

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing initiatives across multiple strategic software delivery projects. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of software quality practices with strong leadership and project delivery skills.

Requirements

• Experienced QA Manager with Automation Experience
• Manage QE Leads and teams across projects to ensure consistent, high quality software delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Development, Dev-ops, etc.) to define test plans and delivery schedules
• Track QE deliverables, KPI’s and defect metrics, report progress to Executives and leaders
• Hire, mentor and coach QE professionals to build high-performing, motivated teams
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation
