The Sales Assistant will provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships, gather required documentation, and perform common processing and compliance tasks. The role will also involve acting as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners and escalating client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.

- Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners and escalate client implementation and servicing issues as necessary
- Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications
- Provide reports as needed
