PNC is seeking a Senior Counsel to support its registered investment adviser engaged in private credit fund management. The successful candidate will have deep experience advising registered investment advisers, including under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Requirements
- Typically six to ten years of legal experience advising registered investment advisers on Advisers Act matters
- Strong, practical understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and its application to RIAs, private funds, and sub-advisory arrangements
- J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
- Admission in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
