Job Description
Our client, a growing, high-performing litigation firm, is seeking a sharp and motivated Associate Attorney to join its team. This role offers close collaboration with experienced trial attorneys, balanced with the autonomy to manage matters independently.
Requirements
- Active California Bar license, in good standing
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident in a client-facing and courtroom setting
- Trial exposure or second-chair experience is a plus
