Pharmacist - 12 Month Contract

We're a healthcare platform for humans, designed for real life. We're looking for a self-motivated, superstar Pharmacist to join the amazing Pocketpills team on a Full Time 12-month contract. The role involves providing virtual consultation, performing clinical verifications for prescriptions, and providing coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Must hold and maintain registration as a Part A Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• At least 6 months of experience in a pharmacy practice
• Passion for providing optimal patient-centered care to all patients
• Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Quick to adapt to evolving technology and able to troubleshoot or navigate systems without letting it impact performance.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first approach and positive attitude
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to results
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and business needs
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities
