Pocus is looking for an Account Executive to sell their product that go-to-market teams need and love. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a new business quota carrying role, proven capability to own and exceed $1M+ in quota, and expertise in outbound prospecting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a new business quota carrying role
- Proven capability to own and exceed $1M+ in quota while closing deals north of six-figures
- Enterprise selling experience - specifically selling through internal champions, aligning to executive level initiatives, and multi-threading across functions and levels to drive alignment and overcome blockers
- Expertise and excitement for outbound prospecting - you love the process of thoughtfully breaking into accounts - be it through email, events, cold calls, or other creative channels - and don’t expect to rely 100% on inbound
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and attention to detail in all forms (docs, emails, Slack messages, Powerpoint presentations) and at all levels (from AE to CRO)
- Excitement to build the foundations of sales at an early stage and rapidly growing startup
- Nice to have: You've built sales playbooks or processes
- Experience selling to sales (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, AMs) and executives in that space (CRO, VP of Sales)
- Passion for Pocus and the category of AI x Sales
