VP, Data and AI Strategy leads a multidisciplinary organization spanning data science, analytics, and software engineering, and is responsible for developing and deploying AI-enabled Clinical and Data Platforms. The role combines leadership of the Data Science and Analytics function with end-to-end ownership of the development and deployment of Podimetrics' AI-enabled Clinical and Data Platforms. The VP works closely with Care Management, Operations, Product, Software Development, and Commercial leaders to define, develop, and deliver solutions that serve multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
- Degree/Advanced degree (Preferred) in Business, Healthcare, Technology, Computer Science, and/or Data Science.
- 12+ years’ applied experience across healthcare operations, health insurance, data analytics, data science, and/or software/platform development, with meaningful exposure to regulated healthcare environments.
- 6+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams (data science, analytics, and/or software engineering)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, BigQuery, GCP, and modern data/analytics tooling, as well as software development and ML deployment practices.
