Adjunct Pool (2025-26) / School of Business

The Fermanian School of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach in its various programs, including the Traditional Undergraduate and Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership programs. Requirements

• Masters in a specified discipline from an accredited college
• Commitment to teaching excellence
• Minimum of five years related work experience
• One year of teaching experience in higher education preferred
• Thorough commitment to the concept of Christian liberal arts education
• Supportive of the religious and educational goals of the university and its sponsoring denomination
• Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
• Ability to learn Point Loma Nazarene University's online course management system
• Ability to successfully interact with students, other educators and educational institution representatives, and the general public in a professional manner
