Job Description
The Hybrid Support Specialist - Tier 1 provides application/business support to our customers, working with the Point of Rental Software CRM system and supporting external customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Prior business/application support experience
- Knowledge of SQL server/database admin, server and client O/S, basic network troubleshooting and IIS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes
