Job Description
Point of Rental is seeking a Product Designer to lead the UX modernization of their rental management systems and supporting product ecosystem, with a focus on AI enablement of their R&D team. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in UX product design, proficiency in Figma, and experience with AI design prototyping.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UX product design
- Experience modernizing large-scale, complex enterprise and/or ERP software
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with AI design prototyping and enabling AI coding teams with design libraries to ensure consistency
- Ability to create user-centered designs informed by research, data, and feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
