Point is a company that aims to make homeownership more valuable and accessible. As a Capital Formation Lead, you will build and maintain relationships with investors, create investor materials, and work closely with cross-functional partners to guide deals from term sheet to close.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to enhance and diversify the investor base.
- Organize and actively participate in calls, meetings, and events with existing and potential clients.
- Utilize the firm's CRM system to track and manage outreach activity effectively.
- Maintain and update the quarterly sales plan and regularly monitor and report on fundraising goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on activity, pipeline, and feedback related to products and fundraising efforts.
- Oversee outbound marketing activities directed towards investors.
- Represent Point at investor conferences and events to promote the firm.
- Enhance and refine investor-facing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Offer analysis, create presentations, and prepare write-ups as required to support fundraising and investor relations efforts.
