2026 Point72 Academy Insight Program – Japan

The Point72 Academy’s Insight Program is an in-person, one-week work shadowing program designed to introduce undergraduate students from all academic backgrounds to a career in investing. The program is open to students planning to graduate between December 2026 to September 2028 who are eager to learn about our business and company culture.

Requirements

• Undergraduate students from all academic backgrounds
• Planning to graduate between December 2026 to September 2028
• Eager to learn about Point72's business and company culture
• Enrolled in university or graduate school in Japan
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Fascinated by research and problem-solving
• Relentlessly curious
• Constantly expanding your horizons
• Committed to continued success in your academic and professional career with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and excellence
• Highly self-driven and motivated to explore a career in finance
• Available to participate in-person in our Tokyo offices for five days from August 24 to 28, 2026
