The Point72 Academy 2026-2027 Investment Analyst Program for Experienced Professionals is a ten-month paid training program designed to introduce you to the buy-side and prepare you for a potential career as a Fundamental Equities Financial Analyst at Point72.
Requirements
- Superior analytical skills, demonstrated through work experience and/or graduate education in fields such as finance, law, philosophy, economics, history, political science, journalism, humanities, or liberal arts.
- Ability to learn quickly and potentially join a fundamental equities investing team as an investment analyst.
- Passion for problem-solving, regardless of discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Fierce commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Self-motivation, maturity, and eagerness to learn.
- Exceptional critical and analytical thinking ability.
