Job Description
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be the principal liaison with customers to implement leading practices and optimize workflows in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care settings. You will build relationships with customers, provide recommendations, and lead the configuration and setup of our solution. You will work as part of a high-performance team to drive customer value and solution adoption.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or technology related field
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
- Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consulting experience within a software organization
- Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously
- Results-oriented and can-do attitude
