The Quality Engineer will provide resources to meet statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements, and maintain a continuous improvement process.
Requirements
- BS Degree in relevant fields with min. 5 yrs. of Quality related experience or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects to completion
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills appropriate for direct interaction with customers
- Computer skills including using Microsoft office applications
- Preferred experience with Continuous Improvement including demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing with visual management techniques
