Project Engineer

Project Engineer at Polaris Inc. will be responsible for delivering assigned vehicle programs by ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met from pre-production through ongoing production. The role requires strong technical judgment, execution rigor, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer product development engineering or related technical roles
• Experience supporting vehicle or complex product development from pre-production through production
• Strong understanding of cost management, scheduling, and change control processes
• Ability to apply engineering principles to technical and program-level decisions
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
