Sourcing Specialist II

Sourcing Specialist II will support sourcing activities for powertrain components, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain strong communication and operational discipline. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full sourcing lifecycle and influence supplier performance, cost efficiency, and production outcomes at the global leader in Powersports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing or related experience (e.g., sales, engineering).
• Demonstrated negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured and organized manner.
• Experience developing and maintaining supplier relationships in a professional environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and technical data.
• Familiarity with MRP systems such as MAPICS and web-based business tools is preferred.
• Experience with presentation development and delivering content to leadership audiences.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and coordination practices.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
